  • A letter addressed to the Director of Customer Support Unit sent to ebm2.installation@rra.gov.rw requesting for a new software
  • Bring to RRA the Hard disk that has been permanently crushed
  • Three last invoices made on the lost/crushed device
  • RIB certificate of loss if stolen
