Tender NO 153/S/RRA/2009

The Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders to tender.

Provision of cleaning services of Rwanda Revenue Authority offices situated at RPD-Gikondo and at Muhima ex-RRA building. A compulsory site visit is scheduled on 3rd July, 2009, at 11:00 am.

Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.

3. The tender documents may be obtained from the Rwanda Revenue Authority situated at Kimihurura, P.O Box 3987 Kigali, Avenue du Lac Muhazi, Administration Office, 4th floor Tel: (250) 595596, 595595, Fax: (250) 578488, Email: procurement@rra.gov.rw from 11/06/2009, upon presentation of a prepaid revenue receipt of a non-refundable fee of five thousand Rwanda francs (5 000 Rwf) paid to the RRA Non fiscal Revenue offices.

4. Well printed bids written in French or English language, properly bound and presented in four copies “one of which is the original and three copies of the original” must reach Rwanda Revenue Authority at the above mentioned address not later than 14/07/2009 at 13:30 pm, accompanied by a bid guarantee of eight hundred thousand Rwandan francs (800 000Rwf) for each tender except service tenders issued by a reputable bank or a registered insurance company in Rwanda. Late bids will be rejected.

5. The opening of bids will take place at the same day at 14:30 pm in the meeting room of the Human Resources & Administration Department, 5th floor, at RRA Headquarters, KIMIHURURA, Avenue du Lac MUHAZI, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
