To achieve high levels of compliance and taxpayers’ satisfaction

Strategic Objectives

• Identify policy and administrative issues hinder tax revenue mobilization,
• Achieve equal treatment of the taxpayers,
• Focus the burden of audit to non-compliant taxpayers,
• Increase the level of voluntary compliance of taxpayers,
• Adjust the available resources to the levels of risks, by initiating the appropriate tax reforms,
• Weigh the possibilities that a compliant taxpayer could become non- compliant.
