EBM activation

Submit the following documents to myrra.rra.gov.rw:

• VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
• RDB registration certificate for companies or TIN Certificate for individuals
• Copy of National ID or Passport (for foreigners)
• Application form signed by the owner or legal representative of companies
• Application letter addressed to the Director of Customer Support Unit.
• Having EBM device (computer/ tablet/ PDA/ mobile phone)
