If you experience trouble with EBM, you should call 3004 for support.

For remote support,  you should download and install the Team Viewer App. Team Viewer App enables RRA to provide assistance directly on your device and it is faster than other options.

You can also write to RRA and send your request via e-correspondence system .

When your device containing EBM is stolen, you must notify RRA via E-correspondence system in writing within twelve (12) hours. Your letter should be accompanied by an EBM loss certificate provided by the Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB) and three last EBM invoices.

In case your device is damaged, you should write a letter to RRA within 6 hours requesting for EBM data backup and send your letter via E-correspondence system. Your letter should be accompanied by three last EBM invoices. After submitting your request to RRA, you should bring your device to the nearest RRA office for EBM data backup support. For remote support, you should download and install the Team Viewer App and call 3004 for immediate remote support.

If your business was de-registered you should write a letter to RRA requesting for EBM closure. Your letter should be accompanied by your de-registration certificate and be submitted via E-correspondence system. After submitting your request to RRA, you should bring your device to the nearest RRA office for EBM data backup support. For remote support, you should download and install the Team Viewer App and call 3004 for immediate remote support.
